As far as I can read out of this things, there isn't a solution for it yet. But 'm going to merge your report with the thread in the bugreport section of the forum. Maybe we are getting more attention then

Also skins/avatar display problems from players from South Afrika

I think australian players also have this problem.

Any fix for this yet???
