If you talk about this, it's only a animated logo, not a gameplay footage or any assets that will be put in the game as a gameplay element.
The PEGI gives a note on the game only, not the videos or graphical assets around the game.

Okay, let's get back to the topic.
If you make ShootMania, please make no special version where, if you bomb an enemy, only hamburgers, rubber ducks and springs come out

You don't like ducks ?
More seriousely, it's not depend on us for some part. Several countries have a very strong policy about "violent" game. We'll try to get a recommendation as low as possible. That's all i can say for the moment

hehe yeah i know what you mean.. i like the fact 90% of the shooters that have blood in it have green goo in german versions

(if there's any splatters at all)
Then again: hurray for the modding community (and the fact i don't live in germany)

If I wasn't German, why would I want a non-low-violence version for Germany?

EDIT: Apart from being social and polite

In Germany there is however not legal way to buy the game atm for persons under the age of 18, because of online payment methods. And Paysafe Card users have to be atleast 16 too. And if i am informed right, a FPS game would not become a lower rating then USK16, because it is a FPS game. and if it ain´t much blood the chances are good that it will keep the USK16, but flying bodyparts + gallons of red juice will be USK18 or Index (wich means not buyable in germany).
But look at the Violence of "Witcher 2" ...... yeah right USK16

I've never seen a shooter that was not violent. If the game is not violent, it's extremely boring.

Okay, no guts and body parts flying, but a spot of blood, yes.
Rubber ducks? Green goo? All very weird.
