Just have a look at the geex commentator, i think he made a good job, at least i watched it without gettin bored :)

i think its possible to do a solo moderation, but its for sure easier when 2 guys can talk about the race and the players and / or map authors and background information.

about switch camera - isnt there allready a shortkey (1-9 when u are in spec mode ?)
also, on the most streaming applications there is a option to not capture the cursor / mousearrow, so people dont really see what u are doing with the mouse. they would see only when u press the tab button to klick a player, but i think thats allready possible with shortcuts without any extra application.

Of course if u like to do it like a pro u ll need a videosource mixing guy/girl who can switch between different sources and can do intros , etc .. - but i think the software for that will not be cheap.
