I think they're just overwhelmed with all the problems and have given up. Nothing works right.

"Nothing works right" is a bit of an overstatement, isn't it? Most of Canyon works exceedingly well, especially the most important parts... the track editor and the driving mechanics. There's just some fine tuning here and there in things like MediaTracker that needs to be done.

They've clearly not given up though.

I agree with Eyebo.
I think Canyon is an excellent start to something great. Nadeo cares a lot about their customers but they are a small team and can only do so much at a time. I think patients will yield rewards. Nadeo produces very solid software. Canyon and Maniaplanet are still new. Actually I think the reason it seams to be taking a while to fix bugs or other issues is in fact because they do care and are taking the time to do it right.

I can also agree partly with eyebo and u, but I live in the Philippines and have seen too much of how people don`t get what they pay for and being treated as idiots because they never complain about broken promises, lack of customer service a.s.o. When Nadeo can manage to have people in they`re customer service answering question about they`re own ingame released cars with; "I am unaware of the game "rabbid cart", then we, as customers, have the right to wonder about the level of "customer care"... If no customer will complain, being "impatient" and demand proper actions and priority, then we all have to live with poor customer care, and a lesser functional game. Nadeo should be happy for all the guys around demanding they`re rights.... So to you Hylis, if you read this; plz employ service employee that know what this game is all about ! Best would be if they are players of the game them self..... not some secretaries that never have played the game ! And I don`t think it will cost a fortune to have one of your employee set aside one hour or two a day to answer post in this forum....

They same was apparent with United ..... You remember whey you first played Nations(free version) .. say A01 map, and the watched the custom cams of your run ..... then you buy United, and most of those maps don't even have a custom cam for the replay! ..... Like they figure "hey we got your money already" ... Honestly though I'm very disappointed with Canyon. It's been a Year now .. still using a command line importer for the cars .... No animated signs .. seems like a lot of complaints about steering ... though I think it was meant to be the way it is !!!! the Wall rides and Loops are just tooooooo big to really have any fun with. And instead of following it up with another environment, they're bringing out a Shooter!! I CAN DOWNLOAD A DOZEN FREE SHOOTERS, ----------------------------- , OR MAKE MY OWN SHOOTER WITH ANY ONE OF A HUNDRED FREE SHOOTER MAKERS !!!
I DON'T KNOW WHY YOU BOTHERED? LIKE A HAMBERGER JOINT MAKIN FRIED CHICKEN. YOU SHOULD STICK TO WHAT YOUR GOOD AT!!
I WAS WILLING TO PAY FOR A DRIVER .... TWICE!! I COULD CARE LESS ABOUT YOUR SHOOTER
I HOPE YOUR NOT BETTIN THE FARM ON THE SHOOTER SALES

I've removed your suggestion of illegally obtaining games. Mention anything like this again and you're banned.

What sets Nadeo apart from the rest is the versatility, customability, and potential to create nice maps. I don't really play Shooters or RPGs but I will try Shootmania and Questmania. It takes time to make a product like this work properly. I don't think there's anything else like it on the market.
Also, where I live, Canyon is about half the cost of most games.
I have hopes but no complaints.

To be totally honest I'm not sure about shootmania either. I could make a really big list of shooters (online and offline) that I don't play because they don't bring enough new stuff. So something that strips the genre down to it's essentials doesn't sit with me.
I could count all the shooters I do play on two hands, and I could count all the shooters I play online on two fingers (and that depends if you count one of them as a shooter; some people don't) -- and most of the shooters I do play are either kind of old, or really old.
I am going to try Questmania because I love writings stories; even though I'm not really into RPGs.
