Keep emailing them (send lots!) until they realise your issue needs escalation. If you get no reply by next week, purchase it again from Ubisoft. However, once purchased from Ubisoft, I suggest you try and get a refund from Gamesplanet.

There is no way to get the refund from Gamesplanet, i am not joking at all.

I have the same problem. I bought the trackmania 2 canyon from official site, send money, got cofirmation that the money had been sent to seller, but still i didn't recive email with download link and activation key. It was TWO DAYS AGO !!! (2012-08-09 00:30 UTC +1 ) Please help me
