very weird.
Just by curiosity, did you always check if ManiaPlanet was running in real fullscreen, or windowed fullscreen only?
For both internal and external displays?

tried both, it's same (normally playing in fullscreen). also, TMF doesn't have windowed fullscreen, so it shouldn't apply.
latest nvidia and Intel drivers.

Why ? all mobility versions are below the corresponding standard version, so despite the fact that they are more recent, the i7-4700MQ is a little below the I7-920, and the GTX765M is below the HD4850.
Also, in most cases the os reduces performances if you are on battery, so play with AC on for better performances...
