[SOLVED][MP][CONTROLERS] Input Issues (Mouse/Keyboard)

I had the same problem. There was DSR turned on in my Nvidia Control Panel. Looks like the game automatically set biggest resolution and scaled interface of the game, so controls didn't work normally (Steam Overlay was very small-scale). So the solution was to turn off the DSR. Maybe this will help somebody.
