If you read well my post, I said two things:
1. that the alt key would be fix, at last, and would mean at least
2. that there are higher priorities at the moment

I can not give an estimated time for these to be done. What I can state again is that we have many things to do and that we are happy to work on improving the game for a great diversity of players/creators/genre/titles etc. Elite is having a special work also, but you will see later.

I can not tell you what and when since we change this often and that some players are really negative when you have to change what has been announced. Even for this post I made, even if I said that we had other priorities and that in the next update, there would be the ALT key, we still had a negative respond. And even if some players things they represenet the community, the community is often wider than what some players think, let alone speaking of Shootmania & Trackmania.

srsly, there are bugs which are there for months and years... yet you work on various useless features which 1% of community uses (e.g. arrow or combo, they weren't necessary at all, even if they might be fun), and don't fix important things people ask you to.

and, if you can't say the ETA, say those higher priorities you're mentioning in every post! so hard, really?

You say that combo and arrow are useless features. But as far as I see, Combo is played and brought something interesting, as a sample and a mode and having the arrow platform for all other modes than the ones with items was an addition that was manageable to be done by a graphic artist (not taking time on other features) and that would add a fourth weapon to shootmania.

So, since many players seem to have difficulties to understand the question of priorities and tend to exagerate, like saying that 1% of the community use them, I should really avoid to debate them.

Tell me your top 5 and estimate time it would take to fix (so I can adjust your vision) instead of trying to say that I am stupid at my job, somehow. It would be more positive, constructive, respectful and less pretentious of you to know what is difficult to do or not in the 2 millions lines of code of Maniaplanet. (3000 per day during 2 years if you need to have a good picture of the size)

let it be top1 - camera twitch when going from forced cam3 to "default". ETA? shouldn't be more than 1 hour. and yeah, because of this bug many people just don't switch to TM².

also, about those useless features I meant the features which, if they weren't made, then nobody would miss them. e.g., let's imagine that combo wasn't done. what would we miss? nothing at all. on the other hand, there is a bunch of bugs in stadium. what do we miss? big part of TMNF community, which doesn't migrate because of them.

Nadeo granted the opportunity to play Stadium BETA to get a feedback from the community. They got the feedback and now they are working on it and game is still in beta afaik. You seem to be hurry... Doing the things fast to get it release tomorrow morning is how the games are badly done! Keep calm and let nadeo do his work! IMO its the best option to offer a great final product

I haven't mentioned the release a single time... I just think that Nadeo's tendency of making new features same or higher priority as bugfixes isn't good. especially when bugfixes often don't come at all. if they managed to fix all the important bugs, I wouldn't care. but you see, they can't and for some reason focus on new (often useless) features instead.

Omnixor, I think you avoid to give a proper top 5, because I doubt that you are really understanding what I am saying. I am not here to demonstrate that you have no chance to do a better job than me at making priorities, but just to say that if you really want to help instead of being negative, give a top 5 and so we will be more capable to see what "you" desire, in a simple and efficient way. Really sad that you are not giving a top 5.

Let's discuss your top 1. It is indeed in top priority in my list and in the #1 place of the guy who should do it, who should be back today and done with it today.

But you dont know who is in charge of what and what they are doing at the moment, such as holidays. Combo was done by someone that is not working in the c++ part of the engine, but in script, which has nothing to do with the what you are talking about. It was made to give something for the launch of Storm as well as a showcase on using items, a new weapons and a 2vs2 mode that was not existing (only 1vs1 and 3vs3)

Before the cam, the guy who is working on this made the update of the format for the item importer since it would break the work of players that was already using it, as well as releasing the new object and skin importer. You can consider this as futile, compared to the camera switch, but we often put higher priorities on the work that are in hurry to avoid too much creation of players to be out of date, or creator waiting for key features. Before, he worked first to bring back the cam 2 on Stadium in order to avoid too much players to get used to the former one, as well as fix some ghost related issues I think or times in CP or else before. Also, sometimes you need to work on other topics in order to unlock the work for other members of the team to move forward.

Fyi, we just did the paddle and keyboard navigation in the solo menu in order to be able to play the campaign only from it and without the mouse, which could be a higher priorities for the release of Stadium, that we are trying to make as soon as possible, even if having both fixed is better, like always. We can also do better choices, but like many things, they are not perfect is not meaning they are bad, since a lot of things are not perfect.

So, give your choices, do not insult us on ours, and stop to act like we are idiot and that you are the community. Once it is done, it will be a nicer place and we will have more fun together, thanks. :thx:

And give your top 20 if you can. I have a top 100 at least: from Shootmania to Trackmania, from matchmaking tools to gameplay, from creators to hosts, from long time players to shorter experience ones, from competitors to fun players and to spectators, cheaters, video makers, updater, Steam, SLI support, sound, scripts, future, block making, buddies, our own system to improve our way to develop, optimisation, deidcated servers etc.

Edit: Sorry Dreamy for the off topic. It is pretty fun to read that the #1 priority is on TM in a Elite topic anyway ^_^ Give your top 5 from your first list if you want to help as well ;)
