Give me some minutes, i will post a new Thread with alternate signed Windows 7 32/64bit driver, with many settings like seperate Axes for the Triggers, all we wish us here. ;)

Too bad, a mod delete my thread directly without a comment... (Google > x360wc)

I use Logitech Extreme 3D Pro, the most common joystick used by TM players. Some people liked Thrustmaster T-16000M. If you want more details, I can tell you in private.
These joysticks work really well in TMU, except for stadium (although there are people who can do even that decently).

And as Zooz said above, joysticks are not that good for Canyon. I couldn't have the chance to try it myself though, but it doesn't look like it's going to be easy.

Talk we here about real Joysticks, no Gamepads? Never played TM with a Joystick, only with my XBox 360 Controller and i like it on the Stadium Invi. Can't drive my Tracks with Keyboard so fast as with my Controller. Joystick... hm...

Hmm I see. I found that a large percentage of top players in TMU used one, so I wanted to try it :D.

I guess none of you grew up playing fast twitchy racing games in the arcade like the original OutRun, Pole Position, Turbo, Sprint, Power Drift, or Rad Racer 'eh? Trackmania with a wheel is no problem for those of us that did :pil
