BTW: Some time ago i tried to join on the Invasion server, it dont worked. Seems like he missd some Items. Already tried to redownload it, still dont works.

I have been the same problem, download manually with the link in first page and replace the folder ;)

There's an update for Beta 9 ;)

As Eddy said, if you have troubles with updates, delete InvasionBeta.Title.Pack.Gbx from Maniaplanet/Packs folder and replace it by new one.

Edit: The source code on github was from beta 1, i uploaded current one :mrgreen:

+ Fixed no HUD bug
+ Cleaning up the mode script
+ Evolution: labels with counters hide when 10th level is reached

me, my brother & screwdriver made the server crash :D
The map with the loooong blue pad gives you a fast reload and we were all doing +52's the entire time.
Suddenly we all crashed to desktop.

I think it crashed cuz there was too much going on. :roflol: :roflol:

And now we cant connect to the server anymore :(

I thought about changing specullar mask to more "glossy" to make whole mod taking less space (70-100 MB). Clouds look how I imagined it :thumbsup: . Remember to make darker sky and environment lighting on all moods :mrgreen: . Also I'll do by myself ambiance sounds to replace. GJ anyway ^^.

After I encounted server crash yesterday I started to think about it. I need to investigate where problem has its origin (probably on one map, don't remember which one). So I definently need to make sth with performance.
The actual Toad count limit at one time on map is 60 (press F5) and it can be changed via mode settings. I think about decreasing it after 1,5 minutes in Invasion mode to 3/4 of max to avoid lags and crashes. Also de facto I'll do a system, where Toads that didn't move are unspawned after X seconds (8?). There also Bots and Players that fall under surface are unspawned too.

Over 10 days and still any update, kick my aß and force me to work :lol: .

Beta 10 spoils:
Rework DominoLevel to keep score between servers, lifetime Toad kill counter, adding back 1st object pack (new directory, backwards not compatible with maps, sry), wooloo's music, automatic idling Toads elimination, interface improvements, custom menu

Another good suggestion : Random movement patterns for bots? They always walk in a straight line.
Tbh, I like that the bots are predictable. Maybe we can discuss it?

Another suggestion :
I dont consider the extra weapons as "better". Make bonus weapons more powerful please. It does not feel rewarding, but more as a punishment.

I also didnt understand the blue crystals :(

The random movement is impossible - bots can walk only on path you draw them. That means if path is straight they go straight, if its a zig-zag theyre zig-zaging.

I noticed gold weapons arent too op too, so i decided to give them powaaaa. With Torpede you will be able to push Toads and perform high rocket jumps :yes: , other will have faster reload and higher damage radius (and fire rate).

Blue crystal refills ammo and stamina :)
