Fix graphic settings

Alright, I think I fixed it:

- VSync activated in NVIDIA settings out of the game and everything off ingame + fps at 0.


But now I have another question, and this is the right place:

TMF looks way better than TM2, seems like antialiasing doesnt work in TM2, it pretty much looks like this
