Dedicated server software

I wanna know another important thing of the dedicated server management.
There will be a dedicated???
There will be a lobby with rooms managed by Ubisoft servers (the dead of TM)???
What will be???
Can i continue to code something or i have to move on another game????

Note:
The players online are more and more lower, yesterday 9900 players online - 3350 servers account (empty), i done 9000 new players in 1 week, is possible all tmf players do a visit to my server???? I don't think so. There something not good around. The average game period is very low now, is 20 min / day. 1 year ago 2h/day. 2 Year ago 4h/day.
Are the time we saw 120000 players online very far????
Ah if there will be a dedicated software like now, do a server officiality account, for only servers admin who PAY (Planet or real money). This time i wanna see no empty server, please!!!

i'm sure there will be dedicated software, instead of rooms managed by ubisoft servers. dedicated servers is one of the things that made trackmania so popular, so i highly doubt that it will be removed from TM2.

but i really don't like the idea to have to pay for all kinds of servers. what on earth does it matter that servers are empty?? it's not that there would be MORE players online when there would be less servers. in contrary, there would most probably be LESS players online. why on earth would you want people to pay for wanting to set up a server?!

But indeed i think/hope of course for dedicated software because its the foundation for creativity. But true, we seen many ubisoft gameroom servers ....

I will pay, and of course i will get back again the money spent thanks to all the community users that always donated me, cause they know how much time i had spent behind the server for TM.
The users of a community are not stupids, if the admin is a valid leader they follow him.

If Nadeo done servers that can take up to 255 players, why i need 10 servers of 25 (empty)?????
Example : If i am a noob player and see 3000 empty server, i go to play another game.
Some clan/team have 5 server all empty. Now with TM2 and new ENV they will not create 5 servers, but only 1, cause TM2 will be only payable and all the accounts will be real. (I mean this).

I talk for the players that know TM from the online beginning.
I didn't say only real money, i said also "Planet", but very much, and without ladder dividing.

i wouldn't actually, since there are still enough servers WITH people on it. and when there would be less servers, those servers with people wouldn't change after all, since having less servers does NOT lead to more players.

heh, but most of these teamservers are there for a reason, and open just for these moments when there are people who want to play. sure, most of the time they're empty, but what on earth does it matter?! the serious servers who want lots of activity, will get these anyway, partly by paying coppers for the laddercap. i truely don't see a single advantage for having to pay for a dedicated server at all...

i believe that's true, gekko. many servers are empty, i can see that for myself.

but why would that mean that new guys will go away because of that?! there are still enough servers WITH people in it??

Because if i wanna open a new server and for 1 month nobody come in my server because i have no forum, i have no php knowledge, and i have no time to manage a team, better i close it.
50% leave it open.
Now if we give the officiality, much of time losers servers admin will be out of this part. And they will only play as i wish.
Easy no???
If they get their servers alive but empty, the teammates leave the games because they can't talk english, french, german and have no friends.
So better we take them in the game but on another server where is an international admin, that work for the team, and don't leave NEVER his teammate alone (uninstall the game).
