new bug:

Match is over --> back to the lobby --> lobby sends you back to the matchserver
"sending you back to the match that you left" ( i didnt leave )

I connect to that matchserver and get kicked
"You got kicked..cant remember the error."

Storm title opens.

PS: this happened to all players in the match.
lkapotl claims nobody won or lost LP. ( I cant confirm this )

Suspended for no reason right after my last match. I finish my match, the system connects me to the lobby ---> penalty. Please start fixing this

Looooool... Im typing this post during my penalty. I come back in game & my penalty has become longer!
This matchmaking is getting on my nerves. Seriously.

As you can see in the chat... there also wasnt any explanation for why my penalty would become longer.

For some reasons the server was thinking that you were still in match when you entered the lobby.
There was an update a few minutes before your problem that caused some requests to be lost, it may be related and that's would explain why I don't see any other reason.
I added a logger to investigate if the problem occurs again.

Very useful suggestions that have been mentioned here, especially the bigger penalty aspect has to be implemented because nearly every player leaves to save LP which also makes the rank system less attractive & meaningful (although it has never really been that). I would like to add a few more, hopefully there will be helpful as well:

1. Invite buddies as substitutes to a game-in-play.
Very often your buddies have to wait in the MM server until you come back of a match. I would like to prevent this by suggesting that if your ongoing match has less than 6 players (so a substitute is needed), you can invite your buddy to join this match. This player still has to fullfil the conditions of the server (certain rank, e.g. gold MM server) to avoid inviting echelon 3 guys if the rest has >7 .
=> This suggestion isn't urgent, just a small suggestion which can be noticed for the future if you've got some free space (which I highly doubt though).

2. More clarification about the existing MM-features
Quote of a recently published post, I just put them here for the sake of order.

=> Urgent for me to prevent any confusion and the resulting raging of the players.

At first, this are only two suggestions because novationx did already a really good job here. I'll edit this post if I come up with new ones.

2 allies in both teams. Unbalanced ( because there werent much players on the lobby, so thats understandable )
Then a substitue (tomma) joins. Which team do you think he joins?

He joins the higher-ranked team making the match extra unbalanced. On top of that only 1 sub joined which makes it even more unbalanced ( Elite versus 2 is 10x easier than versus 3 )
--> 9-0, boring for everyone.

This should be fixed please

Today @ 16:44 CET I joined an SSM 70k lobby and was suspended for no reason (aparently) login: sirgiuscn (

I joined a match as substitute where it was 2v1.
Guess which team I joined ? Indeed, I joined my match as sub and it was 3v1.
Also Im the #1 of Europe & I joined the team with the highest ranks. Mega unbalanced.
