I just bought the Pc Games ( 2 sites info about Tm2 ) and they are saying exactly the same.GrimR wrote:more blocks, visual damage, maniaplanet, enhanced editor and mediatracker and even more (can't remember what)TheStalker wrote:is there anything more?
more blocks: not really, even if there are a lot of blocks, there is only one environment at the beginningGrimR wrote:more blocks, visual damage, maniaplanet, enhanced editor and mediatracker and even more (can't remember what)TheStalker wrote:is there anything more?
That is a good one, i did not really think of it that way.eyebo wrote:Plus, it's the limitations that really provides a challenge to your creativity and ingenuity. To me it's one of the fundamentals of TM, much like the exclusion of car-to-car collisions.
That is very true indeed.tcq wrote:To be honest, if you get a complete new environment. Do you really think that you need a block import feature at the beginning? I played nations since it came out and till the forever update, there were every day new kinds of maps with unseen ideas. And as there should be a new game of maniaplanet every few months, i really doubt that canyon will run out of new types of mapping (during the time until the next chapter comes).
Well, not really disappointed, but you know me, always looking out for something new to doHylis wrote: Knutselmaaster is more disapointed (...)
That would be great, i don't know how much scenery blocks there will be in Canyon, but when i take stadium as an example, always seeing the same inflatable castles, palm trees and cactuses is getting a bit boring.Hylis wrote: Maybe we should open for "scenery" blocs first. But if we do, it will be later. First, we will see what the "basics" do in TM, SM and QM
