Where can I find account support?

Hi,

I've been playing this game since beta, preordered for it and everything. But now I want to donate all my credits to some server because I don't know what to do with them otherwise, but it asks me for my validation key. So I go to the validation key page on the player page online, which asks me for a player key. So I go to the player key page, which says this;

You can enter your player key to associate it to your account.

It doesn't list the key I used to activate my account CX_gamer. So now I can play, but not donate.

I tried locating account support, I enter I'm from the UK because I don't speak french. But then it doesn't list MediaPlanet or Trackmania² in the game list of windows. When attempting to ask a question, I need to create another account.

I'm so confused, and I'm helpless in situations like this. I've got trouble understanding simple schedules, and this is hard for me. I just don't understand this game at all. The only thing I know is driving.

What can I do now? Thanks.
