I'm joining games with around 170 ping, and things are lagging really bad. From what I can tell it's almost as though the game is losing connection for a brief moment every so often, as it will seem fine for a short while, but then I'll tap to go in a certain direction and it'll throw me that way, as though I had been holding the key. Just in general I get teleported all over the place and there are constant spikes every couple seconds where I lose all control.
What is odd is that occasionally I will join a server (One of the same ones that had earlier been lagging bad) and everything will work perfectly for a while. The last couple times I've gotten into good games though, it said 'the match was interrupted, returning to menu' after a couple matches and when I connected again, it was lagging again.

Taiwan, so I'm certain that doesn't help. Lately I haven't been having the problem as bad, it seems like now I usually either fail to connect (Which is still a problem...) or it connects quickly and works perfectly.
The main thing that is weird now is that pings show up as being almost exactly twice what they actually are in-game when browsing servers.
It's definitely not a ping related issue anyhow, it's like constant momentary disconnects when it does happen.

Re: Constant lag spikes usually
So I figured out that the problem seems to have to do with the way the game interacts with my router. I bypassed it and since I haven't been having these lag spikes. I'm not sure what exactly the problem could be though, I haven't had any such problem with any other games, and I forwarded the right ports, too, which shouldn't even be necessary with uPnP (Right?)
