Can we have lower graphics options?

Back in a spring I built a computer for around $600, i'm only getting around 30- fps which sometimes makes things pretty choppy with how quickly everyone moves. I have graphics options at minimal already.

Sure you have them also low in the driver settings?

I got the graphics as low as they can go through the in-game options, I don't know if there are any ways to mess with files to lower some settings.

I got 3.2ghz, 3 core processor
4 gb ram
ASUS EAH6770 Series video card that has 1gb memory, 850 MHz core clock


Nothing serious but I would hope that with minimum settings I could get at least 60 fps.

Eh, and which resolution? Tried to lower this instead of reducing details?

I noticed on some of the recent crash logs some of these guys are running @1900 x 10** or so (with gfx cards that have no chance of coping with this, let alone there cpu) - god knows what other crap is running.

My native resolution (is 1900x1200) but I play at much lower (1600x1440) to increase the FPS, that's the first thing you should do (apart from testing with all settings on low, initially you go for max fps and work up; if you like the fancy gfx ).

P.s. my system may be 2 yr+ old but Ic7 D0 @ 3.8 on air + 5970 is average 30 - 100 fps across all maps (big maps vs small)

I've been using 1280x720 with a 16/9 display ratio. And my drivers are up to date.

Could you post screenshots of your video settings, also advanced/ compatibility tabs?

I was able to get it to around 50-60 fps by changing some stuff with the launcher options but having lower graphics makes sense from a purely business perspective.

The downside of pc gaming is how expensive gaming computers are so when you make games that can be handled with cheap computers your audience just becomes a whole lot wider and people with nicer computers can still have their nicer looking grass details.

Hah... I run this game at 800x600 resolution and min graphics settings and get like 25 frames
