Hello, I've received the Promotional Code with the e-mail and when I insert the code in the box and clicking ''OK'', the box turn red. If you can answer me for this problem and how I can resolve it, I would be very grateful.

Please make sure you are using it on the right place.
You must have the latest ManiaPlanet 2 Beta updates installed, or download the files from the URLs given in the mail.
The code is only valid for ShootMania Storm.
And be careful when you mark and copy the key, some applications always add blanks at the end...
