!??! >> 40-80K Server shows as 40-70K (unranked) << !??!

Hi,

I hope someone can help I have searched all over the web and can find no information.

First of all I had a 20K to 70K server that was all ranked correctly and had the "Serious Challengers" next to it.

I wanted to upgrade and did not have the 40K planets to do so - therefore knowing you normally get a refund on upgrading I deleted the server from the Ladder server list (on the Ladder Servers page of player.maniaplanet.com) - but I got no credit!!!! (So I have now LOST 20K Planets).

After my team then donated enough to get us the 40K Planets for "Competitive Racers" - this has now been purchased on the Ladder Servers page of player.maniaplanet.com as shows correctly on that page.

I have adjusted all the settings in the config files (on the server) to comply with the bullet-ed rules the server has been restarted and unfortunately it does not display the "Competitive Racers" badge and is listed inside the game on "Records Eyepiece" as 40K to 70K (and not 40K to 80K as required).

If anyone has any idea's - I would really appreciate your help and information on this is very very very hard to find!!!

I am no noob when it comes to servers - so if you can throw some light on this.

The server login is rikskiserv and is listed under united kingdom/south east/ as "TOTAL REHAB 80K"

Can you please tell us the login of the server deleted? Did you set your ladder server as explained in this topic? This is a method for TrackMania Forever servers but this can help you too.

Apparently you never deleted your 20k/70k server that's why you didn't get 20 000 planets back. You can only remove a ladder server by deleting if from your player page. Can you explain how did you delete your 20k/70k server?

No I did delete from the players page - and did not get my 20000 back.

Also I still cannot get 40 to 80K working - within the game it is 40 to 70K

I have since repeated the server back to 20 to 70K and then finally back to 40 to 80K in case it was a server error (not getting my 20K back I would say is a server error) - however I cannot understand why the server is not being registered as a 40 to 80K??!!

can you please resolve my missing 20K first of all - please check the server records as I am 100% sure I have lost 20K when I deleted the server before upgrading it.

We checked our logs and the RIKSKISERV server is up since 2012-06-09 and has never been deleted.

The current player page seems to have an issue to display servers of Canyon. Even if you display the Canyon servers, only the Storm servers are displayed. Thanks to you we found this bug and this will be fixed as soon as possible. So that's why you couldn't delete your Canyon servers.
However there is a workaround. Please use the previous player page to delete your Canyon servers:

Excellent - I now understand. The server was actually in two places. 1 in shootmania the other in canyon.

Removed shootmania 1 and problem fixed.
