On the website, I can't seem to find the MPAseco 0.30 link!

Can anyone help me?

That explains it. I'm currently testing 0.16 of MPAseco. I did not receive a PM about a new version.

EDIT: It's 8:45 PM UTC -8 at the time of this writing. When I get up at around 6:00 AM UTC -8 to 8:00 AM UTC -8, will it be available then?
