Movement restriction option

Pls add movement restriction option .so creators of modes can make such as Freeze mode ( from quake Freeztag TDM instagib - 1 hit youre frozen (you cant move and shoot) teammates can unfroze you by standing at you team who freeze other team win) cmn this is super fun....

I still play FREON (Freezetag variant) almost every night in UT2004, which was tweaked an balanced over the years to remove possible exploits. All these tweaks could easily be done in SM with Maniascript
