Can you add more time onto an online race?

Because recently, probably like a lot of people have found, I was in an online game in Platform and E03 started up, and it's impossible to do it in the standard 5 minutes or whatever it is. So it'd be handy next time to be able to say "add on another 5 minutes" or something. Can that be done?

It`s up to the server admin, he can put whatever timelimit he wants. There also is a possibility to dynamically calculate the timelimit based on the author time (I don`t know if it`s available for Platform yet though).
But to add time while a map is running is not possible, the best you can do is restart the map.

I've often thought the same. Add a "callvote extend time" function for servers.

It is possible to make such a time extending option for scripted modes (Platform is scripted, TA isn't).

with the Nadeo Official platform script, its not possible to change the timelimit , its hardcoded in the platform script. The timecalculating plugins for controllers also do not work in that case. only possibility would be to use a modified script, but that would then, of course bring no more LP for this server/players.

sry my fault, actually u can set the next maps time to more,
only autotime would not work, bcause, there is no author / default time in the maps params.
if Nadeo would store the authortime in the mapsfile(like in normal race mode)
we could read it out and multply with a factor of lets say 10,
set the minimum time for 5 minutes to not underrun standard time, but for harder maps give more time to finish.

only there is no authortime in the map except u verfied at first as racemap , and then as platform map.
