Trusted SSL certificate on ws.trackmania.com

Hey fellow coders,

We just setup a trusted SSL certificate on the API domain. I'll update the SDK soon to remove the lines for ignoring certificate warnings. You can do the same if you're developping you're own client.

You can check that it works at : https://ws.trackmania.com/foobar/ (in your browser). You should not have a certificate warning anymore.
