How to create an account on maniaplanet?

Hi,

I got a key for shootmania storm from a friend as a gift.
So i want to register on the site http://www.shootmania.com/en/ can't find anything there so i click on sign in to look for "Not registered yet? Discover Maniaplanet now!" so i click on that and end up on http://www.maniaplanet.com/...
and then I have to click again and end up on shootmania website.. there is no Register now! button.

I really wanna play the beta now, especially that i got a key from a friend for preordering the game.

there doesn't appear to be a link to this page on the main page but there should be as others have had the same problem with the riding the mainaplanet merry go round

Register is same as in other games ... in the game system ...

Your friend can give you the link to download the game. It is in his mail. You create your account on the game.
