How much can ManiaScript change in the game?

How much can ManiaScript change in the game?

I was thinking about making a track, where you dont start with 0 speed, or start without 3,2,1 countdown, inspired by this:

So I want to ask, if ManiaScript can do such things...

Like a rolling start in arcade games? I like it... 8-)

I can't see why a Mania script wouldn't let you make a rolling start, (If you knew what you needed to type) Just try it out

If ManiaScript would either be written so you could alter the game code itself or so you could alter specifics about the track (such as with Valve), it would be possible I am guessing. I love rolling starts, so it would be cool.
