Insert custom object

Hi,

Noticed there was an update the other day, only just got around to taking a look at the map editor, but I cant see any option, link or button to press to insert a new object. There is object mode (F4) but says "no objects available" as it always does!

So, could someone tell me briefly, how to do it?

But.... To be honest, for the basic map editor as I am, I dont understand most of what is being said in that link.

Is someone able to put it in summary format, not only just for me, but others wondering how to insert a custom object, either from Maniapark or an object they have created themselves?

The "stunters" pack is an example. It's a custom version of a base game (such as Storm or Canyon) that can include new rules/scripts, solo campaign, mods, and objects.
