Hello everybody,

there can be never enough contests,
thats why we decided to start another one

We present the
BMX44 Tech-Cup! (19th Oct. - 2nd Dec. 2012)
It is very tech orientated, but not as u know it from ESL or TWL.

We go strange to use Blockmix to make it as hard as possible.
There are also many FS and Brake parts.

Me & speedracer are the founders and we host the server on our 24/7 root.
All maps at this contest are built by us and we also pay the winners.

We start with 10 Maps and will add more later untill one - two weeks before end.

Prizes for Server Ranks:

• SR1: 10000
  SR2: 8000
  SR3: 6000
  SR4: 3000
  SR5: 2500
  SR6: 1700
  SR7: 1300
  SR8: 1000
  SR9: 800
  SR10: 700
  SR 11-22: à500 (6k)
  SR 23-44: à250 (3k)

we give out Planets
- for 44 ServerRanks (44.000 Planets)
- for Top3 each map [40/20/10] ( as long there are enough Planets and Players[6] on the Server)
- there is also betting enabled

+ 2 ShootMania Beta 30-Day-Trial-Keys
(all Players who have minimum 22 records take part on the lottery for the key)

Donations of Planets or Keys to rise the Prizes are welcome.

not much going on at the server.
I am sad about that.

of course some records are made and if no one more comes to get some, there will be some winners.
but I´m sad

Well, the Contest is over!

I am really sad about the few records which was driven.
Only 37 Players reached the TOP-Ranks!
25 Players with only one record and 12 with two records doesn´t count for TOP-Ranks!
I am also sad about the rare visits of my buddies and people I know.

There is one racer, he took it really good.
He have records at all maps,
he have mostly the first place,
he find every cut
and his records are impressive & stunning!

The name of the best is Ne1ll,
Server Rank 1, winner of the BMX44 Cup and 10.000 Planets!

Just for info;
it isn´t worth to me going to where I get the logins from for the payouts,
but that´s why only Ne1ll will recieve Planets!

All others who can find them self on the TOP-Ranks can write their login here and I´ll send u the Planets.

I'm surprisingly still 10th. I didn't have that much time and motivation to drive all maps.
But I guess the lack of players is based on the fact that the maps are not that fun to drive...
At first I thought that it will be fun to drive maps where the Unlimiter was overused, but on many maps it was hard to find the right way/line and the frustration got even bigger when the time's up and you didnt even finish once...

Anyway, hope to see a new cup in the future.

well, we thought it should be not to easy.
the maps have probably only one way where u can drive to reach the CPs and Finish, but of course some parts was really hard.
But how hard is it, when someone is leaving the server after driving ten times against a wall directly after the start?
we just think there are to much noobs at TM2. The most players who would love this are back to TMUF and don´t play TM2.
BTW.: I was often in spec mode to see the driving skills and it gives me many times a big lol.

Our Blockmix is awesome. Many drivers go straight to drive against our blockmix instead of driving around it xD

and the frustration got even bigger when the time's up and you didnt even finish once...

you probably don´t know the button where you can force a replay of a map?
if you know it, but the amount of 22 Planets was to much for you,
you should try servers which take 1500 Planets for a replay, even if there is no contest
btw. the 44 maps are rotating and just the last 15 are not jukeable.
(jukebox is for free)

Anyway, hope to see a new cup in the future.

well, we are p**s*d of a lot, but there was plans for 2 contests, we´ll see.
I can´t tell as much about, but one was for pros and one for noobs
The second should be better, but we need to build easy maps and this could be a lol problem.
