Tech Support: Can't download update[fixed]

I can't play the game I just pre-ordered. When I try to download Maniaplanet 2 beta 1.3c update, I get an error. "Download or update of Joust.Title.Pack.Gbx failed. Unable to contact the server: This maniacredited package is not downloadable.."
Please help.

I have this same problem as well. This is honestly ridiculous, I bought ShootMania yesterday, hoping to play, now I have to wait for this file to download, which I can't because it not downloadable? Why would you make something that isn't downloadable required for an update?

Same here. This kinda needs a fix soon. I hate having something I can't use on my computer.

restart the game and choose "later" for this update.
Now u can play.

we will look asap, maybe today or worse case scenario tomorrow I think. I would be really surprise that we can't find it tomorrow morning.

if you get the files by a buddy, maybe it works, I can't tell

we are working on the clouding system this week and eventually the profile can have an issue. maybe if you use a beta key for another profile, I can't tell as well.
