Server bug or application bug?

My installation has always been a lot buggy (maybe because I already had TM Canyon?) but this was something unexpected.
On 22/12 around 14:00 UTC+1 I was on Strom Siege server running "SMART v0.5.1 Build1" as sw.
I changed team during round restart and it gave me a strange screen..
It happened again at map or round restart.

It seems to be related to the server but, given the language of the shown code, I don't really think is strictly SMART related...
