Re: [GbxDump] GBX file header viewer application
For what purpose, actually? Do you mean as a backup?

Updating the archives
I want to compare files from the "same" map but from different releases, to spot block differences (like the scenery added from TM1.0 to TMO, or like Lagoon C08 and D07 that have been entirely rotated by 90 ° a few days after the original release)

Hi there! I have taken a look at the GbxLightMap tool that you made, and I have to say it is quite nice Do you think it would be possible to have a tool that deletes the light map in the selected file ? (so that we can force the shadow recalculation ?) It would be awesome !

Re: [GbxDump] GBX file header viewer application
I've used GbxDump every day for years. I can't believe I found a bug!
The bug: The save thumbnail dialog fails to recognize the current map when you've changed maps.
How to reproduce:
1. Open a map file in GbxDump via the Windows Explorer context menu (right click on the file and click GbxDump).
2. Drag and drop a different map file onto GbxDump. GbxDump loads the info for this new file.
3. Right click on the thumbnail at bottom right in GbxDump and choose "Save as".
4. So, this is the bug. The dialog now gives you a suggested filename for the bmp based on the first map you loaded into GbxDump, instead of the map file that is currently loaded.

· Fixed: The file name is not saved during drag & drop (thanks to eyebo for reporting)
· The popup menu for the thumbnail can now be accessed via keyboard
Details can be found in the GitHub repository of GbxDump.
