[B.2]Can't move cross hairs on red team

Hope this is in the right place; couldn't find a "bugs" or "problems" section.

Recently I purchased ShootMania for myself and so far I'm really liking it! The only problem I'm having is that sometimes when I spawn on red team (or any team with the "sniper laser"?) I can't look around. I can move, shoot, and anything else as usual but I cannot look around. This does not happen on any other game and the problem is relatively consistent.

The only other problems I've seen is that many menus and options have things relating to vehicles and/or driving. I'm guessing this is just left over text from a "copy/paste" styled programming when making ShootMania after TrackMania.

Any help would be great!
