Custom camera movement speed

Is there a way to move custom cameras around slower in the mediatracker? Because currently I cannot work precisely with the camera because it is way too fast when you're working up close to something, and I'm sure as hell not gonna sit there and work with XYZ-coordinates for placing a camera exactly on every keyframe.

So if there is a way to move cameras around slower I would like to know. If there isn't, can you please change this in the next update?
