Custom horn problem!

I have my custom horn working fine, i followed this tutorial exactly http://eslsam1.blogspot.com.au/ but for some reason, only I can hear my custom horn, other people hear the default one when i do it. Why? yes , i have the .loc file as said in the tutorial.

There are currently some issues with P2P downloads, for some it works, for some it does not.
Often it depends on firewall and router settings like closed ports or missing ports forwarding.

Have you asked your friends if they had the upload and download options enabled in the ManiaPlanet Launcher (P2P section) ?

If you're using a locator, it's important that the link is a direct link and it doesn't take you to a web page first.

Yes, i am using dropbox direct linking for my .loc

Perhaps Dropbox is not useable for locators and files, as they use secured connection?
