unwanted crosshair size changing between guns

I was having trouble with my crosshairs in which they are changing size from when i have laser compared to when I have rockets. The size says its the same and Ive checked the dds files they are still the same. It does this with every crosshair I use. I cant not figure out if there is some way to fix this or not?

perhaps the crosshairs of both weapons originally have a different size?

I had this with my current 'dot' crosshair, but I think there might have been changes in the dds-files, I'm not sure. But what I did was the following:

Unpack the zip-files somewhere. Make 3 copies of the file that has the size you want, and rename them to laser.dds, rocket.dds etc. Then just put them back together in a zip-file, and voila, same crosshairsize for all weapons (atleast for me)

The laser is simply scaled smaller than the other guns.
