[B2.1] Analog accelerate and digital brake with pad

I'm not sure if this is a bug or feature... delete or obsolete in that case..

Reproduce:
Set steering and accelerate to analog and assign a brake as pad button.
1. Accelerate and steer
2. Brake and keep holding accelerate.
= = = =

-> Expected outcome:
Same behavior as digital accelerate and braking, as the acceleration is set to 100%.

-> Current Outcome:
Acceleration drops to 0% until you release the analog acceleration control and press it again.

There is no analog gas / Analog brake yet
only 100 % or nill
