[B3 RC2][ServerList] Royal server not showing up in list

DISCLAIMER: I'm using a modified Royal.Script.txt that I've renamed to TeamFNG_Royal.Script.txt because we changed settings that are more like the old school Royal (zone is closer to the pole, rails are one-hit elimination, etc.)

This worked fine until tonight's update (2013-02-11; B3 RC2)... now my server will not show up in the server list. I have waited for an hour; and closed and re-launched the game several times. I also asked regulars from our server to see if they could join from the list.

I initially joined from a desktop shortcut with the maniaplanet URL to my server:
maniaplanet://#join=fng_sms_01@SMStorm

After that, I had two other players try to join via that link pasted into the in-game IM window... to no avail.
They then tried clicking on the "Join server" link above the chat window since it showed me playing in my server. They weren't able to join.

I finally was able to have two different players who hadn't chatted with me in-game still join from the "Join Server" link in the in-game chat window.

Alas, the server still never showed up in the master list.

Any idea why this would be the case now? It has always worked fine; even with the 2 releases that came out on 2013-02-09.

NOTE: I did update the server using the delta found in this thread.

However, my TrackMania 2 Canyon (Time Attack) server shows up fine in the master server list and I can connect great. It is only my ShootMania Storm (Royal) server that cannot.

Also note that I don't host my Royal server under the Royal title; I still host it under the Storm title.

We have the same problem with 1 server (look at this topic http://forum.maniaplanet.com/viewtopic. ... 61&t=16465). The server is only visible when you use the legacy browser. Perhaps you are able to find your server too when using the legacy browser. But it definitively needs to be sorted out!

Sweet... good catch with the Legacy Browser Haagse! Thanks for letting me know about it. A great workaround until they get it fixed.

Thanks for linking to your thread too... I'll bump over there. (My apologies for a duplicate thread as well, I tried to look for one, but couldn't find it ... I must have been looking for the wrong phrases.)

This seems to not only be a server-related issue, but a client one as well.

Viperbird and VorGirl play from the same location... Viperbird could connect to me via the "Join Server" link in the in-game chat. VorGirl tried the same thing and was met with a "Cannot connect to server" error.

I had her try looking for my server via the Legacy Browser, but when she got to the USA | Utah zone, she couldn't see my server listed there either (she saw others listed there, just not mine.)

She was one of the ones who tried connecting via my maniaplanet URL as well... but to no avail.

I hope this doesn't make it a harder issue to track down, but I'm happy to help test where I can.
