[TM²Stadium B3.1] Sign quality has been reduced or bugged?

I made a screenshot of the same sign in TMUF and TM2Stadium 3.1 Beta. See the results below.
Speaks for itself i think, the details has been greatly reduced some parts are just not visible as they should. Also colors mismatched... the TMUF version has the right colors.

Both games are on the HIGHEST Settings, with BLOOM DISABLED.
Will this be fixed or changed? Or do you need to use a different resolution for the sign images?

[Fix]

it's not a resolution problem, more a high light intensity from the screen that causes that effect.
