[B3.1]Friends List Missing?

So I've played shootmania in the early beta awhile back and recently got back into it again after buying it on steam. After a fresh install I can't seem to find the friends list and after asking my buddies where exactly its suppose to be it seems to be missing.. I attached a screenshot to show u what I'm talking about.. It should be between the message and maniaplanet images right?

Sometimes it doesn't load straight away for some reason. Especially when I come back after a game freeze.

Mine doesn't appear at all even after waiting and playing for a long time.

which additional tools are you using?
Firewall, viruscan, utilities, chat applications, etc.?

A user has reported the Tuneup utilities were blocking the buddy system, the chat and the local server P2P.

I usually have norton running but i disabled that and still no go. The p2p ports are open and the only other utilities I'm running besides steam is msi afterburner but I've also tried it without it running so.

Did you also check the port forwarding in your router?

yea ports are open.. still have no idea

Are the missing buddies using the Steam version, but you are not, or the other way around?

We're all using the steam version, but I'm the only one missing it apparently.. Hmm, could it be old files from the original beta causing a problem? I did a full reinstall when i bought the steam version but i think it keeps some user files doesn't it?

Have you tried again right now ? I've fixed a few bugs in our chat system today.
