After hearing many people complaining about the engine and drifting sound, i decided to make a thread about it.
To be more clear i am not talking about the game music, thats just fine if you don't like it you can turn it off and turn on your own favorite music.
But engine and drifting sounds are pretty important, it can be a part of the gameplay for some players.
It just sounds eerie when you drift and if you compare it with the TMF sounds of drifting it simply sounds very bad.
It is best compared with scratching your fingernails over a schoolboard and that can't be the meaning of it.
And i just played TA, i can only imagine how it sounds when playing rounds with all the guys starting at the same time...

I can't play with these new sounds... I have known when it was going to slowdown... now I don't know anything. Now is better for me to have the sound switched off.
Re: [TM²Stadium B3.1] Engine and drifting sound
Ok hope they will sound a bit better then

I agree , sounds are horrible.
Car sound can be changed , put sound in car zip.

Hi L7sParan,L7sParan wrote:I can't play with these new sounds... I have known when it was going to slowdown... now I don't know anything. Now is better for me to have the sound switched off.
Actually there is a bug that make the engine sound pitch get stuck between 10 000 Rpm to 11 000 Rpm (the maximum value), so when you are between 10 000 and 11 000, and that is often the case, the sound takes time to change (pitch going down). That's why you're having those troubles.
So good news is this bug is now fixed, as a result, engine sound will be fully functionnal in the next update.
