This one probably related with dynamic lighting. Because the game usually behave lake this when vehicle come out from shadow to light. I'm not sure though.
Here is an example -> http://goo.gl/PpjxF
That video was captured with the following game settings - http://goo.gl/nSrBX
The track that was used in the video -> http://goo.gl/8zr8R
Seems like this bug exists only on minimum shadows quality. With shadows set to "High" I never noticed such a thing.

2. On "Very Fast" and "Fast" shader quality vehicle shadow is way too dark, much darker then all other shadows.
I made a comparison. The game was running at the following settings -> http://goo.gl/qpWYr. I was changing only shader quality to take those screenshots.
Shader quality: Very Fast vs Fast vs Nice vs Very Nice
As you can see, even though the vehicle is standing in shadow it somehow dropping noticeable shadow (on "Very Fast" and "Fast" shader quality), which is way too dark.
Especially weird it looks on night maps -> http://goo.gl/w4Qes

3. In certain scenarios vehicle shadow behave in a very strange way.
Seems like sometimes vehicle trying to drop shadow on an opposite side. Again, I noticed this only on "Very Fast" and "Fast" shader quality.
Here is another video demonstration in which you'll be able to see what I'm talking about (pay attention at 15-18 seconds of the video) -> http://goo.gl/tR5sM
The track that was used in the video -> http://goo.gl/Drf3N

4. On "Very Fast" and "Fast" shader quality player's ghost is not transparent and drops shadow.

All issues, listed above, was checked on two different computers, with quite different software and hardware, so i can exclude possibility that those issues exists only on my side.
