[B3.1][Elite][Dedicated] Runtime Error 23, 26

[eyebo]

We were playing Elite and just enjoying a round when this error showed up in chat and the server started cycling through rounds instantly. Restarting the server fixed it. But I thought I should also report it.

The server was running the dedicated from February 9, 2013. I'll be updating it to the latest.
