Suggestion: distinction between official and custom titles

Hi all, I feel like there should a more standardized distinction between what titles are official, and which are custom. Of course you can determine this from the title's artwork, but at a glance it'd be nicer to tell which titles are official/custom. I thought having a different coloured frame around the outside of the title - perhaps the current grey for official titles, and a dark grey for custom titles?
