[HELP] Making a Crosshair

Hey everyone i tried to make my own crosshair but it kept failing. Ive got two problems with making a crosshair.

1st: I cant install 'nvidia texture tools' it says "setup.exe has stopped working" and ive been trying to look aorund see if there are any possibilities of it getting to work and with what ive tried it havent.

2nd: I went and downloaded a program called "easy2convert" and there it had "png to dds" and "dds to png" so i could convert the files back and forward (also tried to do it with a jpeg file)

try this easy programm out, it will help you very well and it is for free. with this tool you can open and edit dds files without installing any plugins.

Dont really want to install any editing program like paint for that.. I just need a external program/plugin for that.

wasn't it just a "external program" maiiden has referred to?

There is also a DDS plugin for PhotoShop and PaintShop Pro, please search for it at the nVidia developer page.
