when i play public i play with a lot of guy's who dont realy care about winning. or care about the team.
its gets me mad when people just fool around. its oke but.. somtimes i realy work hard to win a game because i would like to have ladder points.

but now the problem is.

more and more people stop playing public because u dont get points when u lose a game.
i mean like just give a +10 points for minimum.. and higher points for when winning a match.
and after to matches close lost... i dont feel like i want to play it anymore cause it's not intressting to win/lose..

can u please think about it?

this wil make more people stay and play elite public.

you have to go to different servers that are matching your rank better

If you are playing too long on the same server and you are getting better and better because the others only fool around,
then your ranking rises.
On the official servers at least there is a protection for beginners so they don't get frustrated by getting eliminated all the time by players who know to play better than the rest.
Well, they still get eliminated very quickly, but the better players don't get extra points anymore for this.
So it is to persuade the good players to look for equal players, and not to fight only against the weak.

look for server with a proper rank. ( you can check this with the green/red/orange symbol in the serverlist )

Also, you got servers with 'LP protection'.
for example : Players with 12000LP+ cannot connect to the server.

PS : I understand your problem, but giving away free LP because you played a match doesnt sound rewarding to me.
You want to have a high rank knowing you got it for free? Nah. Not me.

not for me either. but lets see.. half of the people dont even care about winning just public all the time and 'just fool around a bit' NO! when i put in so much effor to make the game turn around and then lose cause some "like to Just fool around' make's many people mad and stop playing. i say Bonus pool like on sc2 but then when u lose a game u get bonus points for playing. u get what iam saying? with "bonus pool!' i think its a great idea to put that in

- And how to i find good server around 10 - 12 in the morning. + - 10 players are online then!.
- ( bad players) or low ranked players can still join games with high rank players in it. then *&$ my game up i dont join servers with low ranking on them

yeah
but now it is released officially, more and more players will be there, and then you'll also find populated servers at your preferred time slots
