[Feature request] OGG Live Stream

Hello,

i would like to have a possibility to hear ogg livestreams ingame, because i want make moderation on relays without having ppl to install additional software or have to leave the game, to go to a website and turn there a stream on.

would be really awesome and usefull if this will be implementent.

Could also be nice for music jukebox on servers or even custom music on tracks so it can play while it's still downloading, provided the website the music is hosted on supports streaming.

technically it should be possible since there are already ogg radio streams out there. So it should be possible to implement it in maniaplanet.
