[TM] Cant get into rooms/servers

I hope someone can help me solve this problem as it is becoming very annoying.

For some reason it seems that I can only join certain Freezone servers and the majority of them just say that I have been disconnected or lost connection after a few seconds of trying to join the server.

I have got nothing running that would be blocking addresses and have got the correct ports open although I did change which ports the game used in the config tool,,Could this be the problem and if so I will change back to the default ports and go and open them in my router.

As far as I know all is set up correctly.
And also I can't see anything in the wiki about my specific problem,
Please try to go a little more in depth for me or at least give me some idea of what I can change or select.

What about you go yourself a little bit more in depth and search the forum?

Where did you purchase your key, and for which game exactly? You only mentionend "TM".
Because this forum is the support forum for ManiaPlanet, hence TrackMania², ShootMania etc. only.

If you're always losing the connection, do you still have a valid key?
Are you not connecting to servers that match your rank (or you chose only private servers)?
Did you try to connect to some official servers (Nadeo / Ubisoft)?
Or servers that don't seem to have restrictions?

I have been sticking to the Freezone servers as I am playing TMNF and have been told that these are the only ones that I can play on which is fine by me but i can't understand why it lets me on some of them and not others.

I have tried searchign the forums but have not found anything that really matches my problem otherwise I wouldn't of asked in here.

I have searched for the errors but the returned results don't really offer up much help.

(10053) and (10061) are the errors that it usually gives me so maybe you could help me out and let me know what these error codes actually mean and then I might be able to remedy the problem.

I haven't bothered with private/locked servers as I know that I can't play in these.

I am not sure how to tell whether they are private or nadeo servers,,,Maybe you could let me know what the different icons mean at the right hand side of the server name.

I am playing TM Nations Forever so I got my key when I created an account therefore I didn't purchase the game.

As you know TMNF is the free version TrackMania Nations Forever.
Freezones servers have some restrictions, because it is for a free game.
There might be something similar in future for Trackmania² Stadium, but nothing is confirmed yet.
So there can also be limited support only.

Those are mostly due to connection issues, perhaps on your PC, perhaps on the server side.
It also depends on where the servers are located, to which you tried to connect.
Some servers might also have been reset while you were connected.
It is very difficult to tell if there is not more information.

Private servers usually have a key or lock symbol, means they require a password to connect.
Other symbols are game types (the different TM environments), game modes (time attack, rounds, etc.).

As I also indicated above, please rather go to the TM forum, as this is only for ManiaPlanet related games, not for the older TM series.
