Can't bind mouse wheel-up and down for the "action" bind.

Thanks for this great game!

In combo we can't use the mouse wheel up and down to bind the weapons (Action 1 2 3 4)

It make me sad, because it's an amazing game ! WOw ! But ! i can"t use the same key i always used since the mouse exist !
Remember, Duke nukem, ...

Mouse 3, Mouse 4, Mouse 2, Mouse 1 ! Works ! Why not the wheel,
