Paste at different height

Post by dePaljas »

The copy/paste functionality is a great addition, but I can't seem to figure out how to paste a block I copied to a different height, am I missing something? I tried the scroll wheel, didn't work; I can see the pointer move, but when I paste, it's still at the same level as the original.

Ah yes. That last vertical Pipe Block can't be pasted at a different Height. Try removing it.

The main thing to notice when you use the copy/paste feature in the track editor is if your block is connected to the ground or not.

Blocks that are not connected to the ground can be copied and you can change their height by scrolling with your mouse.

So maybe there is a pillar connected to the ground in your selection, that prevents changing the height of all the blocks.

Try removing this particular block from the selection. =)
