Internet icon in down-right and can't move.

When I play a game, the icon that I'm disconnected from the internet will show up in the bottom right corner, I can still spectate and everything though, I can also see people killing me in spawn.

Now, people told me it was because I had a bad connection, to which I disagree. If I leave the game and join another server, from the moment I spawn I get the same error.(I tried multiple servers.) Also, loging in and out doesn't work. To fix it, I must restart the game and then connect to a server, at which point I can join the same server and not have any issues.

And also, my friend doesn't see me online, but I see him. I tried loging in and out and so did he, he also tried removing me and adding me back on the site, I accept the invintation and nothing happens.
