[Fixed]Flickering on block 4-3-3 when placed on the grass

Post by Akbalder »

I have a flickering problem on the bloc 4-3-3 when placed on the grass.
(I'm not sure of the bloc which causes the flickering)

Screen 1, Screen 2 and the map.

    Did you try the map?
The grass at the bottom of the bloc 4-3-3 is flickering.

my fault, i tried rebuilding it on my own on my end ^.^
the block 4-3-5 is causing the flickering, it's fine without this block placed sort of "around" the block 4-3-3

right, it is the large rounded grid 4-3-5 which is causing the issue: when it is placed, it adds a grass tile where there should be none, and this was already reported (not by me, see the link there then): http://forum.maniaplanet.com/viewtopic. ... 69&t=19666

Fixed then (in next data update)...
Actually, it's a backward compatible fix. Now that we're no longer in beta, we'll try to protect lightmaps as much as possible.
As the UV of lightmaps have to be reorganized with the suppression of 32m² of grass, the old maps will still use the old "bugged" mesh.
But if you place it after the patch, the new block will appear.
